Instrumental music of the Romantic Period

First of all I will start to what I learned in the Romantic Era. Romantic Era also
known as Romanticism was an artistic, literary, musical, and intellectual movement
that originated in Europe toward the end of the 18th Century, and in most areas was its
peak in the approximate period from 1800 to 1850

The instrumental music of the Romantic period is prominently described

nationalistic, individualistic, and virtuosic. These characteristic can be seen in the
compositions of such great romantic composers. These comoposers of romantic era
has individual expression was a critical importance in the interpretation of music.
Romantic composers used standard notation and indicated in relatively specific terms
the way they wiished for thier music to be performed.

Some somposers in the Romantic era stayed hidden for some they become
famous like Fredric Francois Chopin he was the most distinguished nationalistic
composer of the piano music in the nineteenth century period. There was a Russian
composer Peter Ilyich Tchaikovsky combined national and international musical
elements to produce strongly distinctive and intense music. These express more of
there feelings in there compositions.
