 THE VEHICLE GATE PASS IS GOOD FOR ONE (1) CALENDAR YEAR ONLY.
 THE PURCHASED OF GATE PASS DOES NOT GUARANTEE ONE A PARKING SPACE.
 THE UNIVERSITY HAS THE RIGHT TO GIVE SANCTIONS AS IT DEEMS NECESSARY TO
ANY VIOLATION COMMITED EVEN IF THIS IS NOT WRITTEN IN THIS APPLICATION.

UNIVERSITY RULES and REGULATION

The University has adopted regulations pertaining to campus and traffic and parking in order to provide safety and security to
the University communities and facilities, and to minimize disturbances and congestions. It is necessary for all of students,
faculty and staff, and visitors to become familiar with the regulations and abide by them.
 Every vehicle owner shall require to display current gate pass in the bottom left hand corner of the front
windshield.(for four-wheel vehicle)
 Every vehicle owner shall require to display current gate pass to the location visible from the eyes of security
personnel.(for motorcycle and tricycle)
 Every vehicle owner shall require to roll down the car window/remove helmet upon entering the campus premises.
 Every vehicle owner shall allow the Security personnel to conduct vehicle inspection from time to time.
 No one is allowed to drive inside the campus intoxicated.
 Motor vehicles driven on the campus shall operate in a safe and courteous manner at all times.
 The speed limit on campus is 10km/h.
 Vehicles will be operated only upon streets, drives and designated parking lots. Any person driving recklessly will
be in violation and subject for the cancellation of gate pass and may be banned to drive in any University
Campuses.
 Any accident on the campus involving a motor vehicle must be reported to Campus Security immediately,
regardless of the extent of damages involved.
 All vehicles must be park at assigned lots at all times.
 Driving or parking on grass, walkways or in “no parking” zones is prohibited (such as fire, reserved, loading, etc.).
 All traffic signed must be observed.

Driving a motor vehicle is both a privilege and a responsibility and to this end the University reserves right to regulate
the use of all vehicles on the campus and to forbid the use of a vehicle by a student, faculty or staff member, administrator
of visitor or whose conduct in an manner indicates he/she is not complying with established rules and regulations.
