FIRST WEEK
In our first day the we met the manager of the establishment and
she oriented us about the task and choirs inside the hotel and
restaurant. After that we start to help them such as cleaning
rooms (ROOM SERVICE), prepare and serve food to guest
(FOOD ATTENDANT).
SECOND WEEK
November 25, 2019 the first day of our work immersion the
oriented about the rules an regulation inside the establishment,
but I guess it easy for me because I have a little bit knowledge
about presenting the food or serve to the guest and also
communication in 1st day until to 5 days was done in 1 week.
In our first day the owner said that they need to teach us the
choirs inside the hotel and to handle tasks in a right way. The
manager guide us in doing everything she teach us how to
communicate to our guest or customer, right way of serving food
as well as to bus out utensils from
