AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE

1. I am the private complainant in the above - captioned case who initiated

the same by filing a Complaint - Affidavit before the National Bureau of
Investigation (NBI) and later on investigated by the Provincial Prosecutor’s
Office of Pangasinan against all the accused herein;

2. That after investigation, thorough examination and analysis of the

incident, I have realized that I am not pursuing the case anymore;

3. In view thereof, I hereby express my desistance and lack of interest in

these cases. I declare also my voluntary and willful withdrawal as witness
in these cases;

4. Thus, I am cordially requesting this Honorable Court in view of this

Desistance to rather dismiss these instant cases for lack of interest to
prosecute;

5. This is my voluntary act and deed.
