I, ALICIA CAMBA, Filipino, of legal age and residing in Brgy. Luciente II, Bolinao
Pangasinan, state under oath that:

1. I am the private complainant in the above – entitled case for Syndicated Estafa against
ARNEL GACER, JOBELLE V. DE GUZMAN, ARIEL R. GACER, RICHARD
RAMOS and JAY- R V. DE GUZMAN;

2. After a thorough evaluation of the incident between me and accused Richard Ramos
which resulted to the filing of the case, I realized that it was a mere slight
misunderstanding and misappreciation of facts;

3. The accused Richard A. Ramos and I have mutually settled our seeming differences and I
have decided to drop, dismiss and/or withdraw the case against her for lack of interest to
prosecute;

4. With this Affidavit of Desistance, I am also requesting the Prosecutor of Alaminos City,
Pangasinan and the Honorable Court to dismiss with prejudice the above-entitled case in
so far as accused Richard A. Ramos is concerned only;
