Job Summary
Responsible for the overall layout and design of marketing materials in accordance with the
brand guidelines.
Consult with marketing, copywriting and sales teams to create cohesive designs that
reflect the brand’s culture and goals
Plans concept by studying information and materials.
Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement,
size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
Develop a deep understanding of business and technical requirements for an end-to-end solution in
target vertical markets.
Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Semtech’s product line in the global
wireless market
Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of Semtech’s products to the sales channels and
the sales tools that support the selling process of your products
Product launch – manage and execute the planning and launch of products and releases and manage the
cross-functional implementation of the plan
Create marketing requirements documents for new products with business justification to support
investment
Work closely with local technical support teams and sales to accelerate customer’s time to market and
commercial success.
Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of business objectives, market
characteristics including competition and cost factors.
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners including LoRa Alliance members.
Deliver to annual business objectives and goals as set by the business unit
