Creatives Officer

Job Summary

Responsible for the overall layout and design of marketing materials in accordance with the
brand guidelines.

Responsibilities and Duties

 Consult with marketing, copywriting and sales teams to create cohesive designs that
reflect the brand’s culture and goals
 Plans concept by studying information and materials.
 Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement,
size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
 Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
 Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.

 Develop a deep understanding of business and technical requirements for an end-to-end solution in
target vertical markets.
 Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Semtech’s product line in the global
wireless market
 Sales enablement – communicate the value proposition of Semtech’s products to the sales channels and
the sales tools that support the selling process of your products
 Product launch – manage and execute the planning and launch of products and releases and manage the
cross-functional implementation of the plan
 Create marketing requirements documents for new products with business justification to support
investment
 Work closely with local technical support teams and sales to accelerate customer’s time to market and
commercial success.
 Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of business objectives, market
characteristics including competition and cost factors.
 Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners including LoRa Alliance members.
 Deliver to annual business objectives and goals as set by the business unit
