Reflection

We review the company documentation standards and style guide

or policies and procedure that identifying the organization’s
requirements for document design and production, with
evaluating the organization’s IT capability in terms of
document design and production and types of documents used and
required by the organization.

We were managing template design and development with ensuring

the standard formats and templates suit document requirements,
ensure templates enhance readability and appearance, and meet
style and layout requirements and then testing templates,
obtaining user feedback and making necessary amendments

We were developing standard text for documents with evaluating

software functions for their usefulness in automating document
production, matching document requirements with software
functions and testing macros to ensure they meet the document
requirements.
