KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF SALE made and executed by:

RODOLFO M. AMISTAD SR., of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Tanza,

Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, hereinafter called the VENDOR,

-and-

LEILA S. ADDATU, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Cataggaman Pardo,

Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, hereinafter called the VENDEE,

WHEREAS, the Vendor is the owner of a motor vehicle hereunder described as follows
to wit:

CHASSIS NO.: XRM 10-036-012250
PLATE NO.: BK 4755

WHEREAS, the VENDOR has offered to sell the above-described motor vehicle and the
VENDEE has accepted said offer, subject to the terms and conditions herein set forth;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of TWELVE THOUSAND

PESOS (P12,000.00), Philippine Currency, receipt of which is full is hereby acknowledge by the
VENDOR to his full and complete satisfaction, the VENDOR hereby SELL, TRANSFER and
CONVEY unto the VENDEE the above-mentioned motor vehicle.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our signature this 12TH day of
August, 2019, at Tuguegarao City, Cagayan.
