satisfaction, I hereby SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY by the way of this Deed of

described motor vehicle, free from all liens and encumbrances.

government agencies concerned, and that this motor vehicle is o ered to me on AS
IS, WHERE IS basis sale without bene t of return or exchange.
