Third Grading HRPTA Meeting

NARRATIVE
Third HRPTA Meeting was conducted and held at DPWH building
3,Second floor, last February 1,2020.
The meeting started around 1:00 pm in the afternoon with the
following agenda listed above.Before it, started I let the parents signed
first the attendance sheet .And make sure that the parents population is
more than half before we get started.Fortunately,almost 95% of the
total population attended the meeting
Miss Jennifer D. Modina,a grade II-Class Triangle Adviser started
the meeting with a prayer of guidance and
enlighntenment.Then,reading of the agenda to be discused.One by
one,each agendas were given emphasis and solution.Moreover,they
agree to follow the rules and regulations of the school.
I give emphasis to the following topics below for everybodys
better understanding.
After the prayer is the discussion proper, first to discuss is about
having Grading system which was given emphasis every grading
period.I dilegently reiterated this topic to them so that there will be no
questions if ever.
Next, School Rules and Regulation.Every now and then I the
tecaher is reminding of the school rules and regulation for them to
familiarize and embody it.
Then,I had been reminding them about social media etiquette “To
think before they click” and I very thankful they are listening to me.
The most anticipated part is revealing of the third grading
achievers and issuance of report cards. Pupils and parents are very
excited to see how they perform and effort goes for this grading.

Other agendas like Parvent,Mr. and Ms. Valentines had also been
discussed and given emphasis with due respect to the schools
resolution.
In Parvent I explained every details of the program but none of the
parents had pledge to get a ticket.It will be long way so I am not closing
any doors that all the tickets will be disposed in the end of the month.
Mr. and Ms. Valentines,we had discussed it intensely enough for
the parents to push for it.But,unfortuntely noone would like to own it.
Cake raffle,since it is very affordable and budget friendly every
parenst pledge to pay for it.
The meeting ended at exactly 2 pm
After the discussion,we agreed that in every project that we come
up or we will come up in the future for the benefits of their children,we
will work hand in hand.Will do a joint force of our obligation so these
children will be equipped and ready in the years to come.
