SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THIS PRESENT:

That I, FORTUNATO BAYOG-ANG SAGAYNO, of legal age, filipino, married,

Deped employee, and a resident of Blk. 6 Lot 2 Pag-Ibig Countryhomes
Catalunan Pequeño, Davao City, do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT
VIERACHELL DY GUASO ELIZAR, likewise of legal age, filipino, married, and
a resident No. 32 Kawayan Drive, Matina, Davao City, to be my true and lawful
Attorney-in-Fact, for me and in my name, place and stead to do and perform all
of any of the following acts:

1. To represent me for and in my behalf before the Davao Light and

Power Co. (DLPC) and to any appropriate government and private offices,
agencies and institutions with respect to my claims for BILL DEPOSIT
REFUND, overpayment and any other transactions with that office in relation
to my account therein with account number 0767512222-5;

2. To represent, execute, pay the fees required, sign any and all
document(s) and paper(s) as well as claim, accept, collect and receive money,
checks and documents for and in my behalf from the said company, to be the
PAYEE of any and all checks to be issued by DLPC for BILL DEPOSIT REFUND
of the said account number, and to do any and all acts in order to accomplish
the aforesaid acts and deeds.

3. GIVING AND GRANTING unto the said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT full power

and authority to do and perform all and every act and deed whatsoever
requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully as to all
intents and purposes as I may could lawfully do if personally present with all
the power of substitution or revocation and hereby RATIFYING and
CONFIRMING all that my ATTORNEY-IN-FACT or his substitute can lawfully do
or cause to be done by virtue thereof.
