TITLE EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS AND RESPONSE

1. OBJECTIVE
To outline and described the procedure in response to natural disaster and calamities
such as fire, explosion, oils spills, excessive emission of chemical fumes , floods, typhoons
/ storms , earthquakes, bomb threat, civil disturbance, serious injury or death or a combination
of the above conditions.

2. SCOPE
The procedure BIN QURAYA EST. employees, workers, contractors and visitors at all
project areas ,equipment yard ,offices and jobsites.

3. EMERGENCY TEAM
Each Jobsite (Projects, Offices, Shops. Etc.) shall establish its own Emergency Response
Team to be composed or its S e n i o r officer, safely officer, member from its workers.
The ERT Memorandum shall be approved and posted it a designated Bulletin area . Typical
composition includes:
