Project Manager

The position of Project Manager at Nickel Works Consulting, LLC requires professional work of moderate difficulty. It is characterized by increasingly
specialized knowledge of planning, community development, the commercial real estate industry and a more elevated level of required supervisory duties
and responsibilities. The Project Manager is expected to possess in-depth knowledge within one or more specialties such as economic development, public
policy, city planning, or commercial real estate and can pass on that knowledge to others. Typical Functions * Ensures that all projects and programs are
consistent with local community goals * Assists with updates and maintenance of all project plans, monthly project reports, and invoicing for all projects *
Creates documents, studies and reports in support of Community Improvement District (CID) projects or stakeholder engagement plans, programs, or
projects * Assists in the preparation of solicitations, proposals, or plans which the company is pursuing * Prepares detailed reports and/or presentations for
external clients * Conducts a variety of statistical data (research) and prepare reports and maps on topics related to commercial real estate, economic
development, and/or planning projects * Conducts and manages the execution of tasks specified in project plans and/or proposals for various clients * Acts
as a liaison between community groups, government agencies, developers and elected officials in performing CID, public policy and planning project-
related tasks * Provides information to the public regarding community development, economic development and/or commercial real estate matters *
Resolves citizen and customer issues and concerns * Assists in reviewing the work of external consultants, project staff, and interns using Quality
Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC procedures) * Conducts field evaluations and assessments for project research efforts * Attends substantial number of
evening meetings (and sometimes weekend meetings)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year
