Procedures
 General anesthesia (100%FiO2)
 Right femoral vein (RFV) and right femoral artery (RFA) were cannulated and
engaged with 6F and 5F sheath respectively
 5F pigtail diagnostic catheter was introduced into RFA Desc. Ao guiding
Terumo wire  Arcus  PDA graphy  measure PDA diameter
 PDAgraphy : diameter PDA 2,2 mm
ampulla PDA 8 mm
 Saturation of aorta was measured and intravenous 1000 IU heparin was given
 6F MP2 diagnostic catheter was introduced into RFV  IVC  RA  RV 
MPA LPA  measure PA pressure
 6F MP2 diagnostic catheter was introduced to PDA and Desc. Ao guiding by
terumo wire  pull out terumo wire  change terumo wire with amplatzer wire
 pull out 6F MPA2 and changed with 6F delivery sheath Lifetech introduced
to IVC  RA  RV  PA  PDA  Ao Desc. Guiding Amplatzer Wire 
Pull Out amplatzer wire and dilator delivery sheath
 6/8 Lifetech Duct Ocluder was deployed using 6F delivery Lifetech
 Post procedure angiography

Hemodynamic and angiography findings

PDAgraphy (RAO 30) : PDA 2,2 mm was seen, ampulla 8 mm
Saturation and pressure were measured

6/ 8 ADO was deployed using 6F delivery Lifetech
Post-procedure angiography
 Device in situ, no residual shunt seen
 No aorta coarctatio/obstruction, no RPA and LPA stenosis
 Device was released with flouroscopy guidance
Case ended, no complication.
Fluoroscopy time was 14mins 17 second, procedure time was 60 minutes
Results
 PDA moderate complete closure
 No LPA or aorta obstruction
