1) Rates : - All rates are inclusive of CGST (9%), SGST (9%).
2) Pumping Charges : - Pump Charges Rs.250/- per cum.
Minimum Rs. 6250/- Mobilization charges for pumping quantity less than 25 cum.
3) Rate Validity : - 7 days.
4) Cube Testing : - At Arelcon Rmc plant, at 2 pm on cube testing date.
5) Quality & Strength : - a) As per I.S. Code.
b) Transit time 90 min. to be considered. It is advised to consume the concrete within
next 90 min. for our quality assurance.
6) Chemical Slurry : - In Arelcon Rmc Scope.
7) Payment terms : - 21 days (200/- per Cum discount for 7 days PDC along with your PO in favor of
“ARELCON RMC” or RTGS on A/C No : 003230400000301, IFSC Code : VSBL0000003,
Bank : The Vishweshwar Sahakari Bank Ltd., Market Yard, Pune.)
8) Happy Hour : - Monday to Saturday Rs.100/- per Cum Discount between 5pm to 5am & Sunday entire day.

9) Workability (Slump) : - Minimum 160 mm.
10) Subject to : - Pune Jurisdiction only.
11) Batch Report : - Will be provided exclusively on the Invoice only, with Real Time values.
