disposable income.

trust in the consumer market.
 Updated Inventory- Latest introduced products are available as soon as possible in the
outlet.
 Wide Range- Croma ranges over 6000 unique products in stores across 6 lead categories -
Digital Gadgets like Mobile Phones, Laptops & Tablets; Entertainment Solutions like
Televisions, Sound bars & Home theatres; Cameras & Accessories for Photography
Enthusiasts, Home Appliances like Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, Washing Machines;
Cooking & Kitchen Appliances like Air Fryers, Soup Makers, Cooktops, Dishwashers
 Variety- Plenty of brands under a roof, Megas and Minis alike (E.G. Apple, Samsung,
Hewlett Packard, DELL, Lava, Huawei, Nokia, Blackberry)
 Immaculate Inventory Management- Every platform for every product is spacious enough
for a customer to interact with it, pleasing the customer to experience the atmosphere at

W: Weaknesses: -
 Bothersome Personnel- Salesmen in the branch tend to overdo in their attractions which
turns out unpleasant for customers mostly.
 Inadequate Service- By being blindly focused on selling the products, employees at times
don't explain the product details to the customers thoroughly or they simply don't provide
to the customer the kind of product that they are in need for but unsure which to choose.
 Poor Crowd Control- The facility does not have enough faculty to handle a potential rush
hour, even payment gateways are few in number which tend to cause discomfort to the
customers.
 Insufficient Offer Strength- As compared to other outlets and e-commerce sites, coma
does not provide with its customers with many offers or discounts which could generate
customers in the long run.
O: Opportunities: -
 Online Revolution- Croma could integrate online and offline experience for seam less
customer interactions and engagements.
 Frequent Offers- Many customers are secretly looking for sale offers or discounts when
they come to shop at stores, with this Croma can introduce offers, attract potential
customers and reward loyalty.
 Ever-Growing needs- With changing times, inventions of new technologies and
integration of the same in every house-hold gives rise to a sharp demand for
technological goods and services. If Croma realizes this, then they might just be the one
stop shop for tech and appliances.
 Foreigner Awareness- Since the place is hip and happening with locals and foreigners
both, it is a good chance at creating a brand awareness in the minds of tourists who come
to shop at Croma.

T: Threats: -
 E-Commerce Websites- Since the introduction of e-commerce in India, realizing its
utmost convenient factor people are turning more and more towards E-Commerce stores
just by their fingertips.
 Strong Contenders- Just like Croma, there are other organized retail chains in the market
who are competing with the venture in being the face of #1 electronics store in India.
(E.G. Vijay Sales, Reliance Digital, E-Zone, etc.)
 Unorganized Sellers- There are other singular retail stores who altogether give a
competition since they bifurcate flow of customers.
