Samal containing an area of Seven Hundred Forty Five (745) Square Meters more
or less, including all improvements thereon and more particularly described and
embraced in Transfer Certificate of Title No. 142-2019012062 of the Office of the
Register of Deeds for Province of Davao del Norte;
