Madame:
The undersigned as a Parent-Chaperon will be bringing our child-athletes to participate at
the 5th Brillante International DanceSport Championships 2020. The details of the event are as follows;

Date : 18th of April 2020, Saturday

Venue : Grand Ballroom, Orchard Hotel (Singapore).

This competition will see internationally-renowned adjudicators and competitors from around
the world including Russia, Switzerland, Italy, Norway, United Kingdom, Australia, Korea, Japan, Hong
Kong, China, Taiwan, ASEAN and Singapore. The upcoming event will feature guest artistes, Pavel
Zvychaynyy and Oxana Lebedew, World Showdance and German Latin Champions. It is definitely an
event that many competitors and spectators are looking forward to!

On this matter, I would like to ask your good office to allow the undersigned to travel to
Singapore to join with our child as a chaperon on this event from April 16-22. This travel would also be a
Family tour for this summer.
