MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Memorandum of Agreement is made and entered into this 5th day of september by and
between:

JowileeCIOUS, an enterprise that offers Events Management Services duly organized and
existing under and by virtue of laws of the Philippines with address at Virgen Delas Flores
Baliwag, Bulacan represented herein by the owner JOWILEE N. DELA CRUZ duly authorized for
the purpose, herein referred to as the FIRST PARTY,

And

Jerome R. Sebastian, client, with the home address, San Rafel Bulacan herein after referred to
as the SECOND PARTY.

The FIRST PARTY shall upon signing of the Memorandum of Agreement:

Agree to pay 50% of the package rate upon the confirmation of the reservation.
Cancellation of the reservation one week after the down payment has been paid; the
client can refund 10% only of the paid amount.
Pay the remaining 50% the day before the event.
Agree to follow the rules and regulations of the venue. Failure to do so will have a
corresponding sanction.
MODIFICATION/AMENDMENT EFFECTIVITY

Any modification/amendment to this agreement shall be executed in writing and is subject to

the mutual consent of the parties hereto;

This agreement shall take effect immediately upon signing by the respective duly authorized
representatives and shall remain in force and effect for a period of year from the date of its
execution subject to renewal upon mutual agreement of both parties.

This agreement may be terminated only upon written notice by either party, effective ten (10)
days after service of notice.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have signed in memorandum of agreement this September
5, 2017.
