PAKYAW AGREEMENT
(LABOR ONLY)

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This agreement, made and entered for by the whole month of December 2017 at Sta. Clara Central
School and between the DepEd represented by Mrs. Myrna D. Ovillo authorized for the purpose and
hereinafter referred to as the IMPLEMENTING AGENCY and the labor group hereinafter referred to as the
“PAKYAW GROUP” and herein represented by their Pakyaw Group Leader Mr. Benjamin F. Gana.

-WITNESSETH-

That for and in consideration of the payment for the labor of the Pakyaw Group, same hereby commit
and agree as follows:
1. That the Pakyaw Group shall provide labor only necessary for the proper and faithful
performance of the work for the cleaning and greening of the school.
2. That the Pakyaw Group shall complete the work in accordance with the
corresponding plans and specifications under the supervision of the site supervisor appointed for
the purpose by the head of the implementing agency, in the person of MRS. MYRNA D. OVILLO.
3. That the PAKYAW GROUP agrees to commence work upon signing of this Pakyaw
Agreement both parties and to complete the same within working days for six months excluding
Saturdays and Sundays starting the month of January to December 2017.
4. That the implementing agency will pay One Thousand Two Hundred (P1, 200) to the Pakyaw
Group upon completion of the work and acceptance of the concerned school officials.

IN WITNESS HEREOF, the PARTIES aforesaid have hereunto affixed their signature on this 21st day of
December 2017.
