Good day!

I am Jennifer R. Flores company representative from Julmer Food Ventures. Our company is
currently subscribing to your security services. I wrote this letter to inform you our complain
about the security guard that you have sent to our company.

With due respect I would like to bring it to your knowledge that the management is not
satisfied with the performance of the guard provided by your agency, he has been seen
talking to someone on his cellphone during duty hours, sometimes he don’t wear mask and
when we reprimanded him, he would just tell us that there is no covid anymore and some of
our crew complained that they bullied by the guard or joking like when our crew will enter
to our company the guard will close the gate even if the crew is not yet late which is totally
unprofessional and is not good for the security of the company. I request you to take a
serious action on this and change the guard as soon as possible as it is about the security
and reputation of our company.

I hope that the replacement won`t be like the old one and will strictly follow the duties and
responsibilities assigned to him by the company.
