Good Day!

We write in relation to your overdue electric bills amounting to Php

_____________. The said billing covers your electric consumption during the
months covered by the ECQ (March to May 2020) and should be paid on
installment basis pursuant to your attached statement of account. It does not
cover your billing for June 2020 onwards which should be paid regularly.

Based on our records, you have not paid your installment payments for
your overdue billing. As such, final demand is hereby being made for you to
pay and settle your overdue electric billing within five (5) days from your receipt
hereof. We have attached a copy of your latest statement of account for your
reference.
