i. Color Blindness:
Color blindness, also known as color vision deficiency, is the decreased ability to see color or differences
in color. Simple tasks such as selecting ripe fruit, choosing clothing, and reading traffic lights can be
more challenging. Color blindness may also make some educational activities more difficult. However,
problems are generally minor, and most people find that they can adapt. People with total color
blindness (achromatopsia) may also have decreased visual acuity and be uncomfortable in bright
environments.

Test for Color Blindness:

Color Anomaloscope:

It is based on the idea of the real anomaloscope, made from two different light sources which
have to be brought to a match. User has to match the left color to the right one using the slider
below the box. If user can match the color he will not be classified as color-blind otherwise he
will be classified as color blind and the suggestions for his issue will be given and he will be
recommended nearby doctors based on his location. So, the respective application will contain
Color Anomaloscope test for detecting color blindness. The interface of this application will look
something like this:

ii. Hemeralopia:

Hemeralopia is the inability to see clearly in bright light . It can be described as insufficient adaptation to
bright light. The persons with this problem find it difficult to see things clearly in day light.

Test for Hemeralopia:

The test for hemeralopia will unable the user the user to see extremely bright pictures and
objects. Based on his identification he will be rated and remarks on his condition will also be
given. Suggestions will be given and nearby eye doctors will be recommended using his current
location.

iii. Nyctalopia:
Night blindness (nyctalopia) is the inability to see well at night or in poor light. It is not a disease in itself,
but rather a symptom of an underlying problem, usually a retina problem. It is common for patients who
are myopic to have some difficulties with night vision, but this is not due to retinal disease, but rather to
optical issues.
Test for Nyctalopia:
The Nyctalopia test will allow the user to see extremely dull pictures, objects on his mobile screen. And
on bases of his recognition he will be rated and remarks will be given and nearby doctors will be
recommended on basis of his current location.
