What is Pandemonium?

Pandemonium is one of the Seven
Kingdoms of Hell ruled by the Demon Lord
Asmodeus.

In this world, Worshippers of Hell (the Army
of the Asmodeus) lurk around and prey on
innocent mortals. They are here to torture
and punish mortals for their pleasure.

In contrast, Worshippers of Heaven are sent
by God, trying to rescue sinful Mortals from
hell and lead them to salvation. They are a
group of armies dispatched by Gods,
infiltrating Hell through their secret Angel’s
Outpost on a rescue mission.

Pandemonium is a battleground between
Hell and Heaven, with different alliances,
they come to save or condemn mortals.

Mortals are nothing more than a hell toy,
livestock, or the damned in Pandemonium.
They are guilty of lustful sin which they
brought over from their mortal life. It is their
sinful lust that has led them to
Pandemonium to be paid off with
punishment.

What is Pandemonium Role-Play Meter?

Starting My Character

When you first wear the meter, you will see “Profile Button” already active.

You can always click this "Profile button" to open or close your character window.

NAME: Click to enter your Roleplay Character name.

FACTION: Decide if you will seek punishment or salvations for mortals, or be the
mortal yourself. If you like to punish mortals, choose a faction of "Hell". If you want to
save mortals, choose a faction of "Heaven". If you like to be captured and let demons
or angels control your fate, choose a faction of "Mortal".

CLASS: Decide what special ability you want to possess. As mentioned briefly above,
there are 6 classes you can choose from. (With the exception of Mortals automatically
assigned to a class called "Mortalis" which grants only the basic attack skill.)
For more detailed descriptions of the skills, refer to the Class Description section.

Imperium: Combatant type that can attack multiple enemies within 20 meters
of you.
Praesidium: Combatant type that has single attack skill and extremely high
health points.
Exponentia: Combatant type that has fast, high damage, single target attack
skill. (96 meters range)
Medicus: Non-combatant type with the ability to heal allies and oneself. Can't
attack enemies.
Cantor: Non-combatant type that can bless and empower allies' combat ability
for 30 minutes. Can't attack.

combat ability for 30 minutes. Can't attack.

Hellhound? Satyr? or even a Cow? Note that your species can be a Demon but still
seek salvation in mortal, or be an Angel but brings punishment to mortals. It is all
played by your own rp story.

RP INFO: Prepare to write something unique about your characters so it will be the
clue for other people to roleplay with you. Are you an angel that blood turns into ash
so no one can trace you? Are you a demon that likes to disguise as a human to cause
ill tricks? Give thoughts to some of your character and prepare to enter information.

Class Explanation in Detail

IMPERIUM

A combatant role that can attack enemies within 20 meters of you. Optimized for
flight battle situations, this is a well rounded combatant with a good amount of
health points. Simply go to Mouselook Mode and click without having to aim at
anyone. Enemies within 20 meters of you will take the damage.

This type of damage is also known as Area of Effect (AoE Damage). This role is best
suited for those people who want to play a strong combatant character but not really
skilled at shooting.

PRAESIDIUM

A combatant role that has really high health points. Some people call this character a
"Tank" because this character will take huge amounts of damage, yet will rarely die in
battle situations due to their high health points. This character is essential especially
when trying to fight Enemy NPC (non-player character) monsters (to be
implemented in the future).

However, Praesidium is not the best type of attacker. Praesidium comes with a single
target attack ability which will require you to aim at the victim precisely. The
damage amount won't be average.

Please note that the firing will only happen when you cast a spell on a victim correctly
to minimize lag.

EXPONENTIA

A combatant role that has really high damage, fast attack speed and 96 meters of
shooting range. Exponentia can take down enemies, on average, in 3 hits or less. .

The drawback is that Exponentia r equires great aiming skill. During the flight battle,
it can be challenging to aim for the victim properly. This role is best suited for those
people who have previous experience in shooting or are willing to practice shooting
skills.

Please note that the firing will only happen when you cast a spell on a victim correctly
to minimize lag.

MEDICUS

An on-combatant role that has the ability to restore the health points of an ally or
oneself. Medicus dwell inside their own nest to avoid combat due to lack of offensive
skill. However, Medicus’ healing spell plays a unique and important role in any combat
or non combat situation.

Medicus is the only class that can restore one's health. Their amount of healing is
so effective that they can attract many combatants in need of immediate health
restoration. An experienced Medicus with great aiming skill can also pair up with
combatants in real time battle and assist them in healing to lead any battle to victory.

Being a Medicus can be tough as they are typically the first target to kill in real time
battle situations.

CANTOR

An on-combatant role that has the ability to bless and empower the damage and
health of an ally or oneself. With just one spell cast, Cantor's can make an ally
significantly strong for 30 minutes. The blessing effect may show as small at first,
but the total amount can be increased as Cantor gains higher levels. A high level
Cantor can bless combatants 2x or even 3x stronger. Moreover, it takes only one
Cantor to bless the entire squad.

Upon casting a blessing on an ally, that ally will receive 2 blessings, which lasts
15 seconds.

After 15 seconds, it will reduce to 1 blessing, which lasts 30 minutes.

Cantor can constantly bless the target for every 15 seconds for the 2x blessings

However, a Pythonissam (the one that causes curses) can erase any blessing effect on
the target if the Pythonissam has stronger power. At the same time, Cantor can erase
any curse effect on ally if Cantor has stronger power. For this reason, Cantor also plays
a role of curse remover.

PYTHONISSAM

Known as Witch Doctor, this class allows you to cast a curse on enemies. They are
the polar opposite of Cantor. They b
ring illness to enemies for 30 minutes.
Pythonissam is m ost effective at suppressing hardcore enemies
Some of the highest level Pythonissam can cast a spell on the most powerful enemy
combatants and suppress their power by 99% for 30 minutes, leaving them useless.
While Pythonissam doesn't cause direct offensive damage, just one casting can leave
enemies in a vulnerable state.

Upon casting a curse on an enemy, that enemy will receive 2 curses, which lasts
15 seconds.

After 15 seconds, it will reduce to 1 curse, which lasts 30 minutes.

Pythonissam can constantly curse the targets every 15 seconds for the 2x curses.
However, a stronger Cantor can erase the curse on the victim. Because of the nature
that cantor can bless themselves to increase their power and cast their blessing, they
tend to have fairly big advantages in erasing curses. For this reason, Pythonissam may
want to receive blessings from ally Cantor and try to curse the enemies.

Battle Between Hell and Heaven - Rules

When a battle between Hell and
Heaven factions arise, there are
certain rules that apply.

Rule 1: Your malicious spells will be
nullified when casted on your own
Faction. This includes combat
damage from Imperium,
Exponentia, Praesidium, and also
curse from Pythonissam.

(With the exception of declaring
yourself Neutral. Then you can cast
malicious spells on anyone.)

Rule 2: Your benevolent spell will not
be applied to your enemy Faction.
This includes the healing power of
Medicus or blessing of Cantor.

Rule 3: Non-combatants are, just as
the title suggests, incapable of
attacking enemies. Your spell is
designed to alter the status of
enemies or allies but it won’t cause
any direct damage to your enemy faction. If you are one of the non-combatants
(Medicus, Cantor, Pythonissam), travel with caution. If you see a combatant enemy
sighted, you might want to escape from the scene and bring a combatant partner
with you.

Rule 4: You are not allowed to cast Malicious Spell in “No Combat” or “OOC” zone. This
means you can’t cast malicious spell in Hell’s Circle (the main gathering area),
Floating Island (where people spend their time away from crowds to enjoy with their
partners), within Rental spaces, and inside Serpent’s Pub. If you are not sure if you are
allowed to cast a spell, please consult the Staff or Admins.

Death and Capture
Upon reaching 0 health points, the victim dies and falls dead for 5 minutes, as shown
in the picture below.

Notice that the captor’s name and death time appears on top of the victim's head.

Typically, this victim will resurrect again after 5 minutes have passed if no one leashes
the victim. For this reason, you should act quickly and try to leash the victim within 5
minutes if you intend to leash the victim. The leashed victim will be barred from
casting any spell while leashed.

During the death period, the first 3 minutes will show the captor’s name on the
victim's head shown as the above.

As long as the captor’s name is shown above the victim’s head, only the
corresponding captor can click the Death Barrier to leash the victim. This ensures that
the captor will have the priority right to leash the victim.

Stand within 5 meters of your victim to leash them. Any distance further will not work.

After 3 minutes have passed of death time, the victim can be leashed by anyone.
Enemies, allies, or even mortals can leash the victim. Confirm that the hover text
above the victim’s head will show as “Anyone can capture”, as shown as below.

To leash the victim, simply click on the glowing white ball around the defeated victim.
Advise the victim to stop flying so you can drag him/her.

Clicking the leash ring
around the victim one
more time will free
the victim.

(If the captor is AFK or
gone, the victim may
click the leash ring to
free themselves.)

Reading the Meter

Interface

(1) Story Link: Opens an external PDF file that has the Pandemonium Story.

(2) Refresh Button: Resets your meter. Only used for moderation purposes. You
are not allowed to reset the meter in the middle of any kind of ongoing Role
Play.

(3) Dice Button: Lets you roll a dice. Doesn’t have any effect on combat status.

(4) OOC Button: If you need to step aside from the Role Play scene, excuse
yourself to fade in black and come to the OOC (Out Of Character) zone. Press
this OOC button to declare yourself OOC so you won't be attacked by anyone.
Pressing again will set you back to In Character (IC).

(5) Neutral Faction Button: Clicking this button will declare yourself as Neutral.
This means you no longer belong to any faction. You are not exactly seeking to
punish humans or save humans. You are on your own and you can cast your
spell on anyone and be attacked by any factions. Click the button again to turn
off the Neutral Faction stance.

(6) Soul Coin Button: Clicking this button will allow you to see your Soul Coin
Balance, draw soul coins from mortals, and add or remove your slaves.

(7) Profile Button: Clicking this button will open up a window where you can set
up or change your character information.

Soul Coin System

Soul Coins are currency in Pandemonium. Soul coins are earned by drawing souls
from Mortals.

Regardless of your faction, you can spend the Soul Coins you have earned to increase
your Power Level. Demons and Angels can increase their spell power and maximum
health points by increasing their Power Level. Mortals can also increase their spell
power and maximum health. However, mortals’ spell power is frivolous compared to
Demons and Angels.

Mortals can produce more Souls as their Power Level increases. This means that
Demons and Angels can earn more Soul Coins when they draw souls from a Mortal
with a higher Power Level. Because there is a limit to how many victims a Demon or
Angel can draw per a day, it is important to draw large amounts of souls during the
drawing session.

Extracting Soul Coins from Mortals

Demons and Angels can go hunt for Mortals lurking in the IC zone. Regardless of their
class, they can cast their spell on mortals to attack them and defeat them.
Non-combatant can still attack Mortals too. Simply fire your spell on them.

Demons and Angels can draw Soul Coins through random capture 2x a day.

In addition, Demons and Angels can own private slaves, up to three slaves, and draw
their souls each a day. There is a high chance of drawing multiple bonus layers of Soul
Coins when drawing souls from the private slave.

Slaves are allowed to get their soul drawn up to five times a day.

Enslaving Captured Victim as Your Own Slave

If you wish to remove the slave for any reason. Simply click the minus (-) sign to
remove. Please be careful who you add or remove. Doing this each time will cost you
a considerable amount of Soul Coins.

Do not jump on enslaving random slaves you do not know. Make an effort to learn
about them to ensure the slave will be available for your soul draw on a daily basis.

Leveling up your Power

As you arrive at the Chamber of Eternal Suffering, you will notice that there is a
glowing orb near the teleporter. Notice that the hover text gives you some helpful
information.

<Available> : This means you can use the orb right now. Only one person can use the
orb at a time.

Current Exchange Rate: This is the amount of Soul Coins you have to pay to increase
your power up by one Power Level.

Remaining time until refresh: The Soul Coin exchange rate will change in random
manner every one hour.

To spend your Soul Coins to increase your Power Level:

1) Click the orb. You must be within 5 meters of the orb.
2) Assess the cost of increasing your Power Levels.
3) Choose the amount of Power Levels you wish to increase and click the button.

Your RP Meter will automatically restart and adjust the configuration to the new level.
