can say on a system where different users are acting in
their own ways with their own self-interest. They behave
opposite towards the nature for the common goods of
both users by depletion or spoiling the public and shared
their resources through their efforts that involve a
multitude of individual actors and that are directed
towards joint production of environmental public goods.
Its relation or effect in ecosystem is so important that
everyone can have their own way of assessing the
situation or the process that affect each of individual in an
