About the use of the installation information clear program (cleaner)
Introduction
A cleaner is a piece of utility software that clears a variety of installation information, which is stored when PC software
(USB driver, SDT-Viewer, and SDT diagnosis software program) is installed onto the PC.
Installation problems can be solved by re-installing the PC software after the installation information has been cleared.
Precaution
If this cleaner is used when installation problems have not occurred, software (PC software) which has been installed
correctly will be uninstalled. Be very careful with its use.
After the cleaner has been used, be sure to re-install the relevant software (the software for which the installation
information has been cleared).
NOTE
The software for which the installation information is to be cleared is different for each cleaner (three types
in total).
Before use
Types of cleaners
Cleaner for USB driver (WinRTUSB_Cleaner.exe)
Clear the installation information for the USB driver that has been installed, by executing "WinRTUSBDriver.exe". This
cleaner is used when the following problems occur.
The "Installation completed screen" is not displayed after the execution of the installer program for the USB driver
"WinRTUSBDriver.exe". Reference: Page 3
