article of your choice, preferably one (1) local and one (1) foreign. )
• Read and summarize. Submit a 1-page summary containing - argument, methodology,
results, conclusion. (Due on February 8, 2020) 100 points
• Read and critique. Submit a 1-page critic containing - questions about the article’s argument,
your tenable recommendations, and citations (Due on February 15, 2020) 75 points
