Ashok Doshi (Chairman & Co-Founder)
A seasoned travel with more than 20 years of experience in travel industry and more then a

decade experience in real estate. Entrepreneur at heart. Involved in almost everything; property

acquition, transformation, operations. Man on a mission.

Holding a dual degree in Commerce and Law, he is the brain behind the architectural grandeur

and beautiful landscapes of 29 bungalow projects. His unique ideas, strategies and negotiation

skills have earned him respect as the visionary of the group.

Amitkumar Doshi (Director & Founder)

Marketing Guru. Technology enthusiast. The guy who works more for values than money.

Obtained a master’s degree in management From University of wales cardiff (UK), Mr.Amitkumar

is also well known for his contributions in the fitness industry promoting Powermax Fitness brand
having presence in all parts of India as a leader of Fitness equipment’s chain throughout the

country.

Arpit Doshi (Director & Founder)

A first generation entrepreneur, strategic planner has been spearheading the group since its

inception. The brainchild of 31-year old, 29 Bungalow was founded out of a pure and

unadulterated love for travel. A travel expert and an enthusiast, Arpit realised, was a supply of

local connections with owners of second homes who could actually be the missing cog in the

wheel. Holding a master’s degree in Management from Mumbai University is also well known for

his contribution in Real estate industry of Mumbai.
