Vibration and drive components: Checking for leaks
Check the rubber buffers
Check, adjust the scrapers
Check drum bodysystem:
Water sprinkling for wear / damage
Check function, then clean
water tank and water filter, replace the filter if
necessary*
Oil lubricated vibration systems:
Change the oil
Tires: Check tire pressure, correct if necessary, state
the actual value: ____ bar;
For treaded tires check the depth of the tread
Lubricate the travel bearing (if available)
Axles/reduction gear: Change the oil

Check bearings/cylinder anchor points for clearance

Check implements (dozer blade, edge cutter etc.) for
fastening, connections, function and damage

Operating instructions: correct instructions completely
