Guide for poster presentations

 Your poster will be mounted on panels provided by the organizers. Each panel size is
Width 1.0m X Height 1.5m.
 Exposed area on panel for poster space is Width 90 cm X Height 140cm.
 Recommended poster paper size is “A0 (841 mm x 1189 mm) and paper weight is
200 gsm to 250 gsm.
 Bring Blue Tack to put up posters.
 Poster can be laminated or non-laminated.
 Use off framing & backboard(s) are NOT recommended.
 Posters are exposed through the two days of the conference, thus easily accessed.
 Conversations can be held, ad hoc anytime during the conference by gathering
around the posters (with the exception of session times, of course).
