Wash and soak the chickpeas (A) overnight (B) cook for 1.5 hours. Drain it and save the
cooking liquid for later. Mix all ingredients with blender. Let it cool down and then mix with the
parsley (chop it first.) For smoother, use more of one of the liquids. For smaller amount of
hummus, look online for recommendations.
