We take full responsibility in case of any deviation(s) noted after awarding of Purchase
Order (including during approval of data sheets & drawings or FAT stage) to replace
with specified or approved model/type without any commercial and time impact.
Trans world oil sources reserves the full right to cancel the PO if the Manufacturer/
Supplier fails to comply with the Specifications & standards of PO or if the alternate
proposed material is not in line with the approved ones.

Non-compliance may lead to disqualification of item(s)/offer. However, if the deviation(s) is due to the item(s) model
/ part in the RFQ being obsolete, the Bidder should clearly specify the same under remarks against that item.
