Tirta Tadah Uwuk Temple is a new religious tourism place in Klungkung district. The location of this
religious tourist place is in the village of Nyalian, Banjar Umanyar, about 30 minutes from
Semarapura city, 1 hour from Denpasar city using motorized vehicles. Recently, religious tourism has
its own place among religious people, especially Hindus in Bali. The island of Bali is famous for its
thousand temple islands with various cultures and customs contained in them. So it is not surprising
that there are many religious tourism that have their own meaning and uniqueness, one of them is
Pura tirtha tadah uwuk

Klungkung has one place that is relatively new and not many know. The atmosphere of the temple is
very cool and calm, there are springs so the water from the site looks clear and clean. Indeed this
place has only just developed but visitors who come in greatly admire this place like a hidden prayer
place, on the way to the temple visitors must pass some stairs that make sweating enough to reach
the temple we have to go down about 200 steps but many things can be felt on the way to this
temple one of which is a very beautiful scenery and stunning waterfall. Not only that, the peaceful
atmosphere and clean environment make the visitors comfortable in this place.

It is different from other places of worship that only function as smelters. The five castings in
Patirtaan Tadah Uwuk, Banjar Uma Anyar, Nyalian Village, Klungkung, also functioned as a place for
the Sakti Panca Dewata blessing as Pacaka Tirta.

Not surprisingly, Tadah Uwuk is known as the center of the mandala (magical symbol). In the Purana
Batur text described Banjar Uma Anyar used to be often called the Uma Sukla area. Where the area
is said to be a sacred region. Until now the village of Uma Anyar is still classified in the wingkang
danu region. So the residents of Uma Anyar are obliged to request Tirta Pakuluh fertility to Pura
Hulun Danu Batur. No wonder this place is called the center of the mandala which means the holy
area.

In addition, in the first pancoran, besides being functioned as a clone, it could also be used as a
rendition of the Lord Sadjyojata or Iswara. And in the concept of pangiderin Bhuwana, he is in the
east, Bajra weapons, white, sacred script SANG, eliminating mala and giving a gift of protection. The
second Pancoran, besides being functioned as an inheritance, can also be used as a request for the
rendition of the Lord Bamadewa as Brahma, being in the south, the red color of the Gada weapon
and the holy script of BANG, eliminating papa and giving a gift of strength.
The third Pancoran besides being functioned as an entrapment can also function as a place to
request a courtesy call from Hyang Bhatara Tatpurusa or Mahadewa, located in the west, Nagapasa
weapons, TANG holy script, eliminating sarwa klesa, and giving a gift of salvation. The fourth
Pancoran is not only functioned as a plank, it can also function as a place to request blessings to
Bhatara Agora or Wisnu as preserver, located in the north, Chakra weapons, black and sacred
characters ANG, eliminating sarwa papa and giving gifts of fertility, material welfare and spiritual.

Whereas in the fifth pancoran can be used as a place to ask for grace to Bhatara Iswara or Hyang
Siwa, in the middle, Padma weapons, the color of the five colors, the sacred letters ING, eliminate all
papa klesa and give grace to the earth or universe, both bhuwana agung and bhuwana alit

The procedure in this temple is give the attendees to be sent first, if there is no stakeholder we can
give it ourselves. After that, it will be continued by cleaning in the pancoran under the temple,
divided into two sides.

The shorter castings are for women and the higher castings are for men. After doing the cleaning in
the new pancoran, it is continued by rolling in the pool area with a statue. First dab on the statue
with kamen / black cloth then the statue with a white cloth after that the red cloth statue, followed
by a yellow cloth statue and finally the statue with the middle / poleng cloth in the middle.

For non-Hindu visitors, there is no need to be disappointed because the visitors can feel how cool
the holy water is in that place, besides the visitors can also enjoy the beauty of the waterfall which is
right below the Tirta Tanah Wuk Temple.

Things that need to be developed are facilities and infrastructures in the place such as lockers,
changing places, rest area, and places to buy drinks or snacks. And need to be made the way to go to
the waterfall so that visitors can also enjoy the beauty of the waterfall by feeling the coolness of the
water, not just seeing from the tirta tadah uwuk temple.

For the visitors' fees, there is no charge for parking or entrance ticket. The visitors are expected to
be able to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of other visitors and not make noise or disturb other
visitors.
