resident of Davao city, Philippines City as my true and legal representative to act for and
in my name and stead and to perform the following acts:

1. To process/submit/claim, pay for transfer in relation to my property

with TCT No_________________ for Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)
and Registry of Deeds (ROD),Davao City in my behalf;

2. To sign documents, follow-up, pay, claim from the Bureau of

Internal Revenue (BIR) in Davao City and other government
agencies, if necessary in my behalf in relation to the said power of
attorney.

3. To do and perform any and all acts necessary for the faithful
execution of the foregoing acts and deeds.

HEREBY GRANTING unto my representative full power and authority to

execute and perform every act necessary to render effective the above-mentioned
powers, as though I myself, have so performed it, and HEREBY APPROVING ALL
that he may do by virtue hereof with full right of substitution and revocation, and
hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney or his/her substitute shall
lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
