This chattel mortgage has been executed in order to secure the full and
faithful payment of my obligation to ___________________________ in
accordance with the terms and conditions of this instrument. Upon payment,
this contract shall become null and void; otherwise, it shall continue in full
force and effect and may be foreclosed in accordance with law.

That if I failed to pay the aforementioned amount with interest within

three months from the execution of this Agreement,

of the said motor vehicle. To make payments, sign papers, and other writings

or to encash, endorse, or negotiate the check or checks that may be issued
by any of the property.
