To the Highschool Principal,

Hi, Good day. I would like to request to you to accept my son Ben Gabriel Adeva previously
completed the Grade 11 last school year 2018-2019 on De Lasalle Green hills for next year admission of
Grade 12 SY 2020-2019.

My son has gone through difficult times due to pressure at school and maybe has a lot of
thinking as a teenager. My husband and I has decided to gave him a time to recharge himself because
this is not an ordinary problem that can be solve easily especially from a teenager like my son. So, we
spoke to our Pastor to have a counseling on our son and deal with his problems that cause him low self-
esteem and unable to communicate from others.

These past few months he’s attending a counseling to our church and our Pastor said that he’s
doing great, has improve his self-esteem and participating well on their activities. We also noticed that
on him has he continued attending counseling to our church.

So, my husband and I think that he is ready to go to school again and have decided to enrolled
him next year for Grade 12 SY: 2020-2019 on your school.

I hope you consider my request for my son to be enroll again on your school.
