To The New Hampshire Department of Education,

It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation on behalf of Abby Brady. I met Ms.
Brady during the 2018-2019 school year when she came on to the Fuller Meadow Elementary School
team as a Behavior Specialist. Fuller Meadow Elementary School is a suburban kindergarten through
second grade school in Middleton, Massachusetts. It was clear shortly into Ms. Brady first year that
she is a skilled clinician. Ms. Brady demonstrates the ability to easily integrate theory into practice
when working with all her students and works collaboratively with other school professionals to help
get the best results for all students. She builds a great rapport with her students exhibiting a nice
balance of patience, emotional kindness and honesty which makes for some wonderful relationships
with the students.

Within the first few months of the 2018-2019 school year it became clear that an Early Childhood
Learning Center classroom needed to be established. Ms. Brady stepped in and began creating a
learning environment that was developmentally appropriate for students with diverse needs. While
completing her required daily responsibilities as a behavior specialist, Ms. Brady was working with
classroom teachers to modify curriculum and accommodate for students using the new ECLC
environment. When a couple of students were exhibiting difficulty in the after school program
another role was bestowed upon Ms. Brady to help with this situation. Ms. Brady was able to put her
applied behavioral analysis (ABA) skills to work and helped the after school staff work towards
positive outcomes for the children. Throughout the school year Ms. Brady and I worked
collaboratively in responding to classroom calls for students who needed additional behavioral and
emotional support. It was in those more intense student circumstances that I got to see first hand the
clinical talents of Ms Brady. She always actively listened, stayed calm, and made good sound clinical
judgement that helped students and school staff move forward for the improvement of all.

This current 2019-2020 school year I continue to have the pleasure through consultation to hear Ms.
Brady speak about student improvement plans, counseling group activities, and discrete trial training.

It is evident that Ms. Brady has an excellent work ethic, the ability to multitask, excellent time
management skills, and the ability to strategize. Her positive energy and outlook on tough situations
is inspiring. Ms. Brady takes challenges on with enthusiasm which motivated others to want to work
with her.

In summary, I find Ms. Brady to be an exceptional multi-talented professional. I am proud to work
with such a strong clinician with such an upbeat, enthusiastic, friendly demeanor. I recommend Ms.
Brady highly and know you will find her insightful, diligent and an asset to your school system.
Please call me if you would like to speak further, I can be reached at 617-595-8730.
