Please read the instruction carefully before installing and using the equipment

Product instruction:
● Fiber laser marking machine is the latest laser technical generation of laser marking system.
● Using optical fiber laser generator, passing through high speed scanning galvanometer system
to create marking.
● The electro-optic conversion rate of the fiber laser is up to 70%, which is higher than the
semiconductor laser marking machine;
● Long time zero maintenance
● Fast marking speed, installed high speed scanning head.
● No consumables, low power consumption less than 500W
● Completely air cooling, instead of water cooling machine, saving the energy consumption
● Not affected by adverse conditions and temperature changes, could use storage battery for
power supply when power off
● Depreciation costs of products is greatly reduced, stable production for volume production.

Installation and commissioning:

Installation:
1. Unpacked all the parts, install the column onto the table, tight the screws up as
below:

2．Install the display onto the holder, and connect the vedio line and power line.

3．Connect 220V power supply at the back of machine, kindly noted that the power
supply must grounded.

Commissioning
1．You can see the following buttons on the working table.

1）Power supply: total power switch

2）Computer: computer power switch

3）Laser: laser power switch

4）Infrared: infrared indicator power switch

5）Emergency stop switch: normally open, press when there is an emergency or failure, cut off
the main circuit.

2．Machine Setting

1) Open all the power supply from button 1 to 5.

2) open display and software on PC, create any text, check the "continuous printing"
(specific settings, please refer to the software manual)

3) Click the "red light" in the software, will appear a red frame indicating the printing
position and size under the scanning head, put an plate at the proper position
according to the red light.

4) Click “print”, using lifting wheel on the column adjust the scanning lens height
(against different filed lens, the height should be 15~20CM from the object surface),

you will see 2 red point while using lifting wheel, and you can see white light at
marking area. When the white light reaches the strongest, check if the two red point
have move together.

5) to stop printing, adjust the two red point position by moving the infrared light
position if the two red points are not together.

6 after the adjustment is completed, for other different height parts, just need to adjust
two red points together by lifting wheel at the new surface.
