This letter refers to your application to study which we received on 11 Aug 2014. Please ignore this
letter if you have been accepted or offered a place to study.

You have until 31 March 2015 to extend your application to the June 2015 intake (subject to availablity
of the programme/s) and/or the January 2016 intake. If you miss this date, you will need to make a
new application. Extending your application costs R100 while a new application costs R200.

To extend your application, complete the blank template on the next page and submit to us by 31
March 2015. You have the option of extending the same programmes to the next entry (if they are still
offered) or changing your programme choices.

There are a limited number of programmes offered in the June 2015 intake. For full information, check
the CAO website www.cao.ac.za or the latest CAO Handbook.

If a programme included in your ‘Extending An Application’ form has been discontinued, we will change
that programme at no additional cost to you. For any other subsequent changes to programme
choices, you have the option of submitting a Change of Mind Request form which you can download
from our website or request from our Call Centre.
