 TERMS & CONDITIONS

INSTALLATION /TRAINING & SUPPORT

 The above comprehensive package price is inclusive of Installation, One session free Training
for internal inter phase of the application.

CUSTOMIZATION (MODIFICATION)
 Any modification to functionalities after final Installation/uploading will be charged extra on
mutually agreed terms.

DATA ENTRY & VERIFICATION

 Data entry/content writing, verification, exporting/importing data of any required kind of topic
or profile is not covered by this quotation.

ANNUAL MAINTAINANCE CONTRACT [AMC]

 AMC charges will be 25 % of the total cost of the project.

 One month free maintenance support after uploading the application on client server.
 Above AMC includes functional issue in existing application. AMC also covers unlimited
Telephonic, Internet, and Email support.

PRICE

1) All charges quoted by Research-IT are development charges, project expenses for customizing which
will clear after requirement and meeting.
2) After giving the work order any kind of amount will not be refunded by the organization in any
condition.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

The payment terms for the web application & other project development services provided by
Research-IT are as under:

 50% amount in advance at the time of work order

 40% amount after installation on client system
 10% after finalization
 No any third party purchase are included in the quotation

Cheque / Demand draft should be in the favor of Research-IT” payable at Lucknow India.

VALIDITY OF PROPOSAL

The proposal is valid for a period of 15 days (fifteen Days) from the date of submission by Research-IT.
