shaft sleeve removed. Shaft runout checked found out of
range. Then runner assembly replaced with spare assembly.

range. when two pump is in operation current was 211 amps.
when single pump is in operation currentr is 199 amps. SInce
these current is with in limit, no further action is taken.
Later the damaged pump shaft rectified and assembled with

tubes damage rectification work
a. 16 nos. tubes were found damaged due to hitting of LPT
last stage ( GS) broken blade. The same was rectified by
plugging & welding of damaged tube from both side of CW.
b. Condenser water chamber inspected and all tubes CW
inlet opening was found fully choked with cooling tower fill
material and plastic. Cleaning of the same was done to
remove choked debris for better performance of condenser.
c. Ceramic coating done in condenser water box to prevent
water box corrosion.
