Hari Raya Festival

This is Diana. She is a Muslim. She prays at the

mosque. She celebrates Hari Raya.

Last month was Hari Raya. It was the happiest month

for Diana. All her family members came home. Her

brother bought her a beautiful baju kurung and a pair of

shoes. She thanked him for the gifts.

In the afternoon, she visited her relatives and

friends. She wished them “Selamat Hari Raya” and asked

for their blessings. She enjoyed eating all the delicious

food and drinks. She had a whale of time. From this

story, I learnt to be thankful just like Diana.
