ACCOMPLISHMENT:

Inspect the Flood test of overhead water

tank 2, lightning arrester slab & machine
1 Start casting of precast panel for Apex Unit. deck
Review site memo's issued for penthouse to Advised LBS works to install 1 complete
2 water tank deck balcony railings @ painthouse
Check & review the quantity of water proofing Prepare NOI's for tile works inside of the
area to finalize the STG Requisition Form (SRF) overhead tank 2,and concrete topping of
3 lightning arrester slab & machine deck
Conduct walk thru inspection with Zenith & STG rep. of Erected 6 precast panels of Apex Unit
overhead water tank 2, lightning arrester slab, and service
4 elevator machine deck for flood testing.
5 Poured 5 panels of Apex unit. Issued keyplans for waterproofing to STG
Advised paintworks to have a sample of balcony Conduct flood testing of overhead water
railings paint finish for SCUL's approval. tank 1

Check LBS iron works installation of
Check LBS iron works installation of penthouse complete railing with handrail mock-up @
7 balcony railings. PH1-unit 01
Walk thru inspection @ Roof Deck with psc

Check Flood Test result of overhead tank 1,,

Poured 5 precast panels @ Apex unit.
Continue casting the remaining precast
panels @ Apex

PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED:
Leaks occur during flood testing @
Cannot fully cast apex unit precast panels and overhead water tank 1 --- need to repair the
implement finishing works due to lacked of application of water proofing inside the tank.

1 samples/mock ups and let the owner approved.

Proper methodology of the application
1 Scrutinized plans first before implementation should be followed accordingly..

TO DO NEXT WEEK, GIVEN BY, DUE DATE:

 Inspection of overhead tank, lightning arrester Drain the water of overhead water tank 1
and machine deck slab if passed for the flood and repair.
1 testing
Continue casting and erection of precast
advised LBS iron works to have a sample of panels @ Apex unit (3-panels to be poured).
2 complete installation of balcony railings.
Erection of apex unit precast panels and Inspect the installation of PH balcony
continue casting of the remaining precast railings, water proofing application,precast
3 panels installation,masonry retouching.
Provide plans/lay-out with area where to apply Conduct Flood testing after repairing the
4 waterproofing to STG Over head tank 1 water proofing.
Check the railings installation, waterproofing
5 application @ WTD, precast erection,
Make NOI's for concrete topping of lightning
arrester slab & machine deck, and tile works for
6 overhead tank 2.
Conduct flood test of water tank 1 & and
7 viewing deck flooring
