WORK EXPERIENCE:
1) FedEx Ground
• Part of Transport Management System and Vehicle Management System Team
which manages line haul operations for our client FedEx. This includes trips and vehicles
related incidents solving without breaching SLA.
• Critical challenges managed by our team include identifying the bugs and fixes them by
doing root cause analysis in order to improve application performance and reduce the
ticket count.
• Using AppDynamics and Splunk for monitoring the performance of the applications
which Detects Errors and slow transactions, Monitors database query executions, CPU
and memory utilization, Keeps an eye on the performance of web servers and web
services etc.
• Our team is responsible for creating health rules on AppDynamics for WebLogic servers
and taking the appropriate action if servers goes to inappropriate state for avoiding
business impact.
• As a part of batch job monitoring our team will start/stop batch jobs using Jenkins in
case of any failure/Outage of one automation (Batch job monitoring tool).
• As a part of level-3 support I have participated in many deployments for doing the
checkouts (Verifying Server health, Verifying logs, restarting the servers using React).
• Monitoring of JMS queues.
• Providing access to users to web applications using Oracle database.
• Diagnose problems and solve issues under time constraints.
• Rapidly respond to emergency situations, including direct response as well as
coordination of other IT staff, both during and outside of normal business hours.
Achievements: Performed automation for updating the Registration Expiration date for vehicle
using Selenium IDE in order to reduce manual efforts and time saving.
