Leadership and Management.

Leadership and management are all important and complete each

other . the leadership role is to set direction and create the vision ,
they also assembling team , they create sheared values , the motivate
the team , they inspire ,and finally, they also know when to develop
the power. The management they understand the goals of the team
and the company, they create tasks to make them completed. So both
leadership and management share the work together to get it done and
make the work for both of them much easier .
