This document will serve as a reference document to aid the sales team about the company sales policies and discounts regarding CPML Projects. This document will give visibility to the CPML sales team on the discounts that they can offer to the clients.
Version 1.0 of this document (this version) only applies to sales closed on or after 23th September, 2018.

DISCOUNT POLICY Maximum discount that can be offered on the inventory of Axis Mall & Apartments is as follow:

Senior Business Development Manager 3% (SBDM) Business Development Manager (BDM) 3%
Note: Full payment discounts can’t be applied on the base prices. Both the discounts cannot be accumulated.
TOKEN POLICY

50,000-100,000 7 Days
100,000 & Above 10 Days
Note: Once the token validity period matures, the system will automatically cancel the booking if Down Payment has not been received against the unit. In case of a unit at a prime location, the down payment will supersede the token with director’s approval.
DOWN PAYMENT POLICY
The sales team should receive full down payment within 30 days. In special cases maximum 60 days will be given to receive the full down payment, after that the sale will be considered null and void.
