Avoid practicing outside during
severe weather

Ideally after getting up in the morning
and before bedtime

and contracts, not

Inhale through the
nose, and exhale
through the mouth
A movement may be repeated several
times, ideally 6 repetitions
Done in a slow, fluidlike and
continuous manner where one
movement seamlessly links to the
