Dear Ma’am

Good day!

I, Allan Richard A. Buenaventura, a f4th year BS Hospitality Student of First City Providential
College is writing to your office about my insights about our graduation rites, due to recent crisis
we are encountering which is the pandemic Covid19. I suggest that the graduation rites should
not be able to happen, this is for compliance in the Enhance Community Quarantine imposed by
our government to strictly follow the social distancing included on the rules and regulations of
ECQ. With regards to this it is okay for me to not attend nor have the graduations rites if it will
be a situation where the students, faculty and the administration will be at risk because of the
exposure to the said virus. It will also cut us a huge amount for the graduation fee which can be
used for further buying of essentials such as vitamins and food if this situation will be extended.

I’m hoping for your considerations about this matter.

Respectfully yours,

Allan Richard A. Buenaventura

4th year BS Hospitality Student
