Dear Governor,

In reference to the Provincial Special Educational Scholarship Program

(PSESP). I am writing to apply for a scholarship to pursue a bachelor's degree in
medical technology at Butuan Doctors' College (BDC). I was surprised to learn about
the scholarship grant that your office offers, and it will undoubtedly help me focus on my
educational development. In this cover letter, I will elaborate on my motivation and
eligibility for this scholarship.
To introduce myself briefly, my name is Loida Rosal Miguito, and I will be
beginning my sophomore year at Butuan Doctors' College with a major in medical
technology. I am excited about the opportunity to pursue my college degree in person,
gaining real-world experience in addition to the usual online coursework that was held
during the pandemic. The financial assistance allows me to reduce part-time work while
studying. Without the distraction of a time-consuming side job, I can concentrate on
academic performance and professional development.
I am a highly motivated student with an excellent grade point average (GPA). My
ambition is to become a Medical Technologist, and I have a strong interest in medical
studies. I believe that this scholarship program will help me carve a career in this field
and pursue my degree. I have enclosed my documents and other requirements, and I
hope you will consider me for the scholarship.
I would be eternally grateful if you could please award me the scholarship and
allow me to continue my studies.
