to acomplish this paper entitled “How to Engage Millennials According to Millennials” right
in the calculated time.
The purpose in making this paper to complete the assignment that given by Mr. Iman
Permana, and I would like to say thank you to Mr. Iman Permana as the lecturer of Human
Capital Managent that always teaches us and give much knowledge.
In arranging this paper, we as the writter trully get lots of challenge, but with help of
many individuals in the group, those challenge could passed. We also relized there are still
many of mistakes in process of making this paper. Because of that, we say thank you to all

INTRODUCTION
3.1 QUESTIONARE
So we make some question for the Millenials Employee to know How
Comfortable them in Workplace and What kind of facilities they want also we
ask them what factor that influence them at work.
1. According to you, Is your office situation now feels conducive and
comfortable? And please give us the example!
2. Are you feel satisfied of the facilities that company give to you?
3. Is the two factors above affect you at your job?
5.1 CONCLUSION
In our opinion about How To Engage Millenial According To Milleninal based on
questionare that we already share in PT.PLN we conclude that most of 50 Millenials in that
company mention the environment is the most important thing in workplace because if the
environment in that company is good, so the relation between the employee will impact their
performance to be increase. Also according to them the facilities in a company are also very
important because most of them always mantion about their satisfaction about the facility in
their office for example like Computer,Printer,Car,etc. So, based on our opinion facilities is
very important too cause it help them to work and even some of them cannot work if there is
no facilities like computer or printer moreover for the risky job it is very important to fulfill
the K3 (Keamanan Keselamatan Kerja) standard.
5.2 RECOMMENDATION
- We recommend the company to fulfill the standard first for example computer
because there are still employee that doesn’t have computer or printer in their
workplace and after that the company can add more interesting facilities like
gym, salon, spa and massage to engage the Millenials to company.
- To improve K3 standards, because based on the questionare that we already
spread some employees mentioned that K3 in the company did not fulfill the
standard like a safety helmet, safety glasses, mask, etc.
- For the environment, we recommend the leader of the company can make the
evaluation not just about performance but also about the relation between
every employees.
